40 years have passed since the film by Pier Paolo Pasolini Teorema was made. It was a cult movie although known only to a narrow group of connoisseurs. Back then, in 1968, the world was heading for a great solstice. Social tensions resulted both from frustrating shortage and surplus which in the effect turned to be shortage, too.

In his latest project Grzegorz Jarzyna uses the structure of Pasolini’s work in order to conduct a study of borderline experience, or rather, a study of the experience of a border.
In the life of the characters of the performance, like in any man's life, there is a critical point when he hits a wall. Then, he must – as Karl Jaspers says – take a decision; either he shuts off from life or he develops a higher awareness and transgresses previous limitations.

Jarzyna uses Pasolini’s work and within the framework of laboratory work with actors he creates a theatrical palimpsest, model and teorem of his existential way.
